Ex dropping DD home late every weekend

My exh and I have a weekend access agreement in place, he has DD (12) from 8pm Friday to 6pm Sunday. He never drops dd home on time. He is always at least an hour late and usually 2 hours. It's total control, I have a barring order as he was violent and abusive. I've asked him to drop her home on time and he ignores me. I really don't want to go back to court. I was thinking of texting him and saying I'll be collecting her from his house from now on, that way he has no excuse to be late. UST looking for opinions on this.

If he is doing it for control I would say nothing and do nothing. Don’t let him see it’s annoying you.

How late? Is it late evening or just later than he should?
