Right so , until last year I had maintenance for my son paid via the CSA , however when this ended and we switched over to child maintenance upon conversations with him I never contacted the child maintenance service to set up a new claim as we came to a Private arrangement , up until two months ago all was fine and he had been paying however is now refusing to do so .
My question is if I phone child maintenance now will they already hold all mine my sons and my ex's details (not on birth certificate) or as they are the 'new ' agency will I have to start from scratch and give them all the information like they've never heard of me before ?
