Ex hasn't paid cms maintenance this month

After ongoing issues with maintenance from my EA ex, I approached the CMS this spring. They finally got ex to cough up starting last month. He's paid one month and then the next due date was yesterday and nothing.

Not sure what to do. Has he forgotten or decided not to bother? Any recommendations? Do I contact him about it or go straight back to the CMS? Anyone else experienced this?

My direct debits go out on the 1st August so am stressing about covering this.

Hmmm that's a point. I'll wait till tomorrow.. would have thought Saturday would have been ok with banks though usually?

I would suspect you'll get it in on Monday - I would have thought it won't go in over the weekend.

If it’s on a standing order it won’t go until tomorrow, don’t think cms do anything til around 5 working days iirc.
