My DD is 2.5 and her father hasn't been in her life for over 18 months but he made contact and asked if he could be involved in the near future. I told him that I wouldn't just hand her over and I will be around until she feels comfortable enough to go on her own which he didn't like. He didn't say when he wanted to see her, one big question mark and now he has changed his number so I can't get in contact with him.
Why do I even care! I shouldn't have to chase him to get him interested in his flesh and blood but I can't even do that now. Just feel so let down for my DD she won't know her father.
