Hi,
I am a single mum of two and only just started seeing someone new, I have a 3year old and 7month old...but they seem to be the only people in my life 🤔 I lost all my friends when I left school and college and it's just so lonely on my own, how the hell am I meant to make friends at the age of 23!

The closest friends I have are mums I met through the school run. Also local ginger bread Facebook page I made a close friend we keep in touch daily which reduces the isolation. Just someone to say morning to and the usual boring stuff.

Can you volunteer at your pre school. Getting involved really helps to have contact with people also breaks up the day.
Hope you find some answers.

My little girl is only at nursery so I don't really have chance to speak to the parents and they are also a lot older than me as well.
I don't have Facebook anymore either due to my ex stalking me and the abuse that came with it all wasn't old for my mental health so I do feel a lot more isolated.
However I am due to start University in September so I may make friends on there as well...I would love just to have one person I can actually see and go out with and it not all be online like most friendships seem to be these days 😫
