After chasing a payment from Child Maintenance Services for 5 weeks ( a payment my ex paid 5 weeks ago )
I have now been told it has been divided up & will be paid over the next 12 months.
I don't understand why, something to do with my annual review date.
I have requested the reasons in writing but was told that wasn't possible. I can't understand how they can basically keep my money from me. Is this normal? Is this fair? Is this legal?
Apparently there is nothing I can do about it.
