My lo dad has access every second weekend by court order from 10-2 I supervise iv done all I can by picking him up goin place having him at house ECT! But I stoped and said I would start meeting him in a public place but he very rarely looks for his time maybe once every 6 weeks and could look to see lo any time don't know I am doing right or wrong! Lo don't look for him or ask questions

It sounds like he’s using the contact period to see you running round after him If you aren’t there giving up all your time, then maybe he isn’t so interested in seeing your little one.
If he loves his daughter, he’d want to attend, whether you are there or not. And if he doesn’t love his daughter , you being there won’t change that. He’ll eventually not show up at all and your daughter will be spared the pain of expecting her daddy to show up, when he can’t be bothered.
You are doing the right thing. She, and you , deserve better.
