Do we have one in place and my ex is wanting things to now be flexible as in have more contact which isn’t in the order! Where do I stand with this? I’m a little confused as he’s insisted on the order but now asking me for more!
Please anyone to advise?

That’s meant to say “So we have one in place.......”

I would stick to the order. Depending on what your ex is like it could save you alot of hassle later on

Unless you have a great co parenting relationship that is amicable and flexible both ways, which it dosent sound like, then i would be sticking to the order and saying if he wants more to apply to court for a variation.

Thank you! This is what I thought so sticking to the court order it is!
