It's been nearly 3 years and I've finally got the hang of it!
He phoned me for a row about DD making him drive her around, and I didn't shout or start shaking, I just laid back in my bubble bath with a glass of wine, defended DD calmly and didn't even cry when I hung up.
Feeling wonderful now

It’s a lovely feeling . For my Ds it was the end of his relationship with his dad once he couldn’t get a response from me .
