Complaint to CM

Has anyone made a complaint to the child maintenance service?

I'm getting quite annoyed with them now. They said collect and pay would be the best option due to my ex''s history of non payment. He works with a company now however before he was classed as self employed.
The first payment was due in July which went through fine until we got to October then no payment till January. Then OK for awhile new review in February and 2 payments where made of half of what they was ment to be I assume this was from last year's review. I had a payment on 11th April then nothing since.

He is still working and said his wage slip shows the money being taken each week.

When I spoke with CM over Christmas they said his employer could get fined if they don't pay on time. However it seems to of got worse.

Iv emailed my MP but I also want to put a complaint in with CM.
What I want to know really is has anyone do this and what was the outcome?

I have done both. They only responded to MP contact and not mine and to make matters worse only a week after my MP confirmed to me it was all resolved, payment hasn't been received again. I am fuming. They don't care.
My sons case is a deduction of earnings order and his dad still works so there should be no excuse. This is no way to live. We are struggling so badly with money now because they dont care. You are led to believe they have more powers than they do. I was told those actions are only a threat. They never pursue sanction x
