Need to rant!

Sorry for the rant. Need to get it out!
The dreaded bug has hit my flat. When I say my flat, I mean both me and DS. DS has had bugs non stop for the last 4 weeks it's relentless!! Off work for me today and tomorrow because of it so even more money lost added to days I lost last week & week before when DS had it!

Luckily it's not got him as bad as it's got me, he had one bout of sickness and one bout of diarrhea and that's it he's back to normal. I on the other hand literally feel like I'm dying everything hurts I was up in the night in pain (stomach) where it was coming on and I can barely move! Feel so guilty for DS he's only little and I haven't been able to do hardly anything all day with him.

Grrrr! squints eyes at tummy bugs

It is one of the hardest times I think as a Lp. Esp when they are small.

Just do what you can . This is when Tv , tablets, easy cook foods are your best friends.

To be fair I'm very lucky to have supportive involved parents (SS's grandparents) who I could usually drop him off with to have a sleep and shower and recover etc but they're on holiday this week! Poor kid has been in front of the tv with his toys with the odd cuddle (his terms 😂) all day while be been on the sofa dying!
