Tips please for coping when kids with EA ex

How do you cope with it? How do you deal with missing them? Mine are not old enough to have their own phones. My ex is EA and I'm not happy about him having contact but I've got to try for their sake. It's the toughest part by far of this whole process.

My advice would be to keep busy. Do something you enjoy or something that takes your mind from it. When my kids were younger I saw them most weekends and the hardest bit was coming home at the end of the weekend and seeing some of there belongings. I found doing some gardening or cutting the grass helped.

Keep busy, exercise a lot because it helps keep the anxiety under control. Use some of the time to treat your dcs, like making a special cake for when they get home.
