Just wondering, OP. Does the other child’s mother know how that pos is treating him? The stuff he says to that child is horribly emotionally abusive.

She knows to an extent, yes. But she is never present so it's all hearsay to her. They don't have a very good relationship (ex and her) so it's just a pick up and drop off situation.
It's all going to come out anyway as if this does go to court, I will need to have a full conversation with her about everything as it'll be a large part of my defense for not allowing contact

The problem is, court sounds like an empty threat and in the meantime her wee child is suffering. I know you don’t want to poke that nest, but would you consider phoning her for a chat? I can understand why you wouldn’t want to get involved, but if it was your child and his ex was aware, would you like to be told?

Oh yeah of course. Completely understand what you're saying.
I had all good intentions of having that conversation with her but I'm worried about potentially burning my bridges with her if you get what I mean. We're in a good place, our boys are able to maintain a relationship and see their mum's getting on with each other, too.
She knows the main parts, that he can't cry, can't show emotions around him. He's a different child around his dad to what he is around others and she's fully aware of that, but there's only so much I can say now if you get what I mean
