Domestic violence

I’ve recently done a marac form with my health visitor which has come back as I’m high risk of domestic violence. My child’s father is only allowed supervised contact with his child. However he’s now moved in with a new girlfriend with 3 young kids right across the road from me. The marac meeting hasn’t happened just yet due to Easter I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice about if him living across the road is going to be allowed for the foreseeable future as twice he’s been over to mine abusing me since he’s been across the road. We shouldn’t have to live like this he put my children on the child protection register and I left him over a year ago

Hi, my best friend went through something similar to you, although I know each relationship is different. She would have her ex just turn up on the doorstep screaming abuse through her letterbox. Her children couldn't go out to play in fear he would be vile to them (not his children). She was advised by the police to take out a non molestation order. This meant he had to stay away otherwise he would be arrested. Maybe this is something you can discuss with your social worker and get their backing? Hope it work out for u x
