I've been in out of court best part of 10 year. I left through abuse, abuse in new relationship ( ExH relationship with new partner both of them abusive ) . For last few years courts stopped over night contact in the interim, probably a years worth. I never asked him for extra money, currently with CSA, but I'm finding it hard. How do I go about getting the right amount in between court!? It changes all the time I have a new order every few months as investigations take place. I really hate asking for money! It's his carrot dangling stick to make me agree and disagree so I need to do it through the correct channels. Anyone know if you can change so often? Or should I just knuckle down and accept it. Currently states they stay 3 nights a week. Ones not been in 2 years and one got stopped for 6 months while another investigation takes place, he was stopped for over 8 months last year. I know I won't get that but I could just do with the little extra help as current order states no overnight.
Had my letter to notify me of the move to CMA but nothings happened as yet.
I hate the money issue! I will just get slagged off - of the EX for using the courts to stop overnight to get money so I really hate it. But I'm struggling alone and I should receive it.
