I’m looking for some advice please.
Does anyone know what can be done if a child is turning up to contact centre sessions very unclean. For example, very dirty clothes, finger nails and very smelly when changing nappy. Pushchair is also filthy. And clothes are very small and tight.
Staff at contact centre have seen this for themselves, but obviously they don’t make reports for court.
Social services have been involved with said child before, but whilst they’re on the case child is well looked after and the parent seems to get away with it.
If Anyone could offer any advice. Would be great, thank you.
