Anyone have experience of contact where domestic violence is involved?

Has anyone been through contact where the ex is domestically abusive and is still being domestically violent to his new partner.

Have they still got unsupervised access?
If child is older and refuses access have they been made to go.
Please help.

Depends on the age of the child my Ds was a baby and I got contact at a soft play so he was in a public place

Did it carry on like that Starlight as he got older or is he still quite young?

No he was only interested in seeing my Ds to see me . He gave up contact 7 years ago . I was told by a solicitor if he went to court would of got more contact.
