I've just received a section 7 Cafcass report and it's full of inaccuracies and painting a picture of me as a controlling father and accusing me of DV, all of which is completely untrue.
Prior to this they sent me two emails on seperate occasions which were actually intended for a completely different person (I don't even recognise the name they addressed it to).
Firstly I feel pretty outraged that they've made these accusations and secondly very concerned that I've been sent very sensitive information regarding a different father's case!
Has anyone else suffered because of Cafcass incompetence in this way? Is there someone to complain to?
