I've contacted CM as after years of ex doing no apparent work, I think he may get disability allowance due to a congenital condition but it was not actually affecting his ability to work and he has mentioned agency work.
They've sent me a letter saying he doesn't have to pay anything as he sees DS just over 52 nights per year (week nights) and yet the info in the accompanying booklet seems to contradict that. It says £7 per week if on benefits Plus a percentage of any income.
However, he has sent contradictory text to me moaning about a low - but - specific amount per year. However, he made it sound like it was optional... Anyone have any idea what's going on?
