Newborn contact

What's the 'protocol'? I will hopefully be breastfeeding which i understand is seen as grounds to refuse overnights too early. Anyone had to organise contact with their ex & a newborn & can give me some tips on how they did it? I want to be able to get things sorted before baby is here, for my sanity more than anything.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

The general advice would be little and often.

Assuming there are no safety issues.. Usually dad would spend a few hours visiting so you are available for feeding/

So I wouldn't be unreasonable to say no taking baby away?

Thank you, appreciate your help
