My ex has caused me mental abuse for a year n half now my son is 9 month old he left me wen i was 9 week preg, hes seem him about 5-6 times, kiks of every time with me shouting threatnin makes baby cry i kik him out.. now he takin me court for access and pr. hed always sed its me he wants never shown intredted to son but as he controlling hes a nitmere n now goin court. Im so scared, he cant look after him self never mind a baby hes held him twice sed he only wants him cos doesnt want me gettin wit anyone.. Cafcas r gona ring me in nxt week or 2. Please any advise? What r cafcas like? Wil he get access ? Im scared so much dont trust him around baby. He has bery bad temper but i no he b the nicest guy in court
