DC and I are moving. We are staying in the same town and it doesn't change contact arrangements.
Do I have to tell NRP the new address?

Yes of course you do. Why would you not tell your EX (and presuming you’re the mother) the dad your new address.

If this was the other way round and the dad refused to give you his address and he has contact you’d be up in arms.

Each parent should know where the other lives.

Legally you don’t have to. Morally, depending on your ex, then it’s best to give them your address. Could you imagine sending your child away and not knowing where they’re going?!

Thank you for your replies. I especially appreciate you saying the reasoning behind your thoughts.

Every time DC goes to stay with exh I have no idea where dc is staying. I have a rough idea usually as to which town but usually nothing more. I could ask, I have done in the past, but exh lies so there really is no point.
Fortunately DC is old enough and knows I'll support him if he wants to or doesn't want to see his DF.
