Not much help I think as I have yet to get the CSA to even get a penny out of my ex. The case has been with them since Jan04!!! But as far as I was aware the calculation was 15% of salary minus a certain rate for travel if they come long distances to see the kids and an amount if they stay at his house on an agreed basis.

Are you sure you will be reassessed under the old rules? I think you might have to reapply and would therefore be under the new rules..
