Aaargh! What am I supposed to do now??!

I'm so DD and DS1's dad packed in his job last week and now DS2's dad has told me the company he works for has gone bust and he is now jobless.
I have a part-time job, 20 hours a week, I cannot afford to work full time because of childcare costs. The only reason I am better off working at all is because of the child support payments I receive.
OMG I have just lost 600 quid a month. I would now be better off on benefits, so I will have to gamble on how long it's going to take these two idiots to find work and get their maintenance re-calculated. I'm going to cry!!

Awwww kimi thats bad to lose that amount of money, I dont know how you would manage to make up the shortfull, hopefully they will get their butts into gear and find employment quickly.

Oh, what a nightmare! If they're both out of work could they help out with childcare to reduce your childcare costs?

I am not in touch with DD and DS1's dad, I have already asked DS2's dad but he said no - I don't think his wife would 'allow' it. She must be fed up with him too, now she's paying for their new conservatory all by herself! The most pathetic thing is, he doesn't have to claim jobseekers as she can support them both, so I don't even get a lousy fiver a week !

That's so unfair.

I'm always banging on about it but have you considered childminding? It suits me so well because I get to earn a decent amount of money and have no childcare costs for my own ds!!

I have considered it but it would take months to get registered and I need money now! And I do love my job. The pair of them need their heads banging together. I found out today that DS2's dad has been out of work since Feb! So I've told him he could find a bar job as a temporary measure, but I think he enjoys sitting on his arse all day...
