Hopefully somebody will come along soon to chat. I think it's a common feeling for women.

I’m sorry I can’t help at all. All I can say is I too am a wife, mother, step mum, gran, and employee but none of that gets in the way of me being me.
I really don’t understand why you feel you can’t be yourself whilst being a girlfriend or student, sorry if I’m a bit thick.

I forget me I haven't done anything I like my hobbies for a awhile. I feel like everything has to come first but I know I need to put myself first once in a while but feel bad for doing so

There's a saying that you can't fill from an empty vessel, in other words take time and care of yourself, do you can give to others. That said it's really difficult when you're caught up in the chaos of life. I find scheduling something in helps. If I have arranged to meet a friend or go to an exercise class and got a sitter, I'm more likely to go. Be kind to yourself 💟

You should spend time on one of your hobbies, have a set time each week where your BF can take the kiddos, in turn you can take them so he can also have some time for his hobbies.

You should take a time off from your usual routine and go out and just enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes the negative feeling is just us failing to appreciate life and the people close to us so dearly.

I must admit that Is what I find hard. Especially because I'm at uni the amount of work I bring home then kids and their home work it is madness.
Anyway iv closed books I turned on some feel good music and danced around the house haha not much I know but it's a start. Going to do a planner tonight while kids when kids are home so we will have set days for homework. They help with house work so spare time will be down time.
I missed just laying on their bedroom talking to them recently it's just been rushing.
I haven't seen my mates for awhile and have a night out planned with them. So I can dress up finally haha.
Thank you for your advice I need to get on top of the time management
