Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this. Due to a section 7 report being done by cafcass as there's concerns about my son's dad. The court ordered indirect contact in the form of letters cards and gifts to be sent every 2 weeks to start to re-establish the idea of daddy before possible supervised contact. So we are 6 weeks down the road and still not one letter. So my question is does anyone know how it'll affect the next court date if it was court ordered? What will happen next?
