My ex has applied for a child arrangements order, he wants our young daughter "unsupervised including overnight contact". There is evidence of previous domestic violence and an inability to meet DD's needs so I am opposing this and asking for supervised contact only.
It has been ordered that CAFCASS carry out a home conditions assessment as part of the Section 7 report. He is living with his parents and I know for a fact that there home isn't suitable for a toddler but I'm worried that they will just have a big clean up the day before CAFCASS are due to go round and the whole thing will be pointless. Does anyone have any experience of this home conditions assessment and will it be obvious to the CAFCASS officer that they have only cleaned for their visit?
