Hi all, my son is 8 weeks old and we are homeless the council have placed us in temporary accommodation while they decide if they have a duty to House us. My partners decided me and a baby are too much for him and has left us. His name is on the application so really my question is if I contact my council and inform them what’s happened and request they take his name off the application will it effect their decision on my application or do I wait for their decision before informing them? Any advice would be much appreciated
