To cut a long story short , he organised mediation , I told him I was happy to go if he payed . He refused.
Then I get a letter from his solicitor "inviting me to sort mediation" this is around the logistics of one day every two weeks , which I have told him I am unable to do as I work late. Seems he thinks I am able to change my hours to accommodate him. Even after offering alternatives his solicitor is basically saying its not what he wants. No Sheet shirlock.
