CMS attachment to earnings but hasn't paid

Has anyone had an attachment to earnings but not had a payment.

My exs employer made a weeks payment in September then next payment date was the 19th of October.

I have rang CMS today and they said no payment is recorded as down and won't ring the employer till the start of november.

I have asked my ex and he says the money gos out of his wage weekly.

Can anyone help please

Get your ex to call CMS and ask if they have received payments from his employer and if they haven't he needs to get on to his employer to pass payments to CMS

It might not be quite the same but before exH and I went direct pay his payment used to leave his wages on 30th and I would receive half on 7th and half on 14th!!

Most likely his employer hasn’t processed the payment to send it to CMS.

Yeah they take the money weekly from exes wage but the employer hadn't proceesed it on time. CMs had to send them a reminder. I won't be waiting on it next much it stresess me out too much haha
