Warm home discount

Does any one know the cut off time for applying for the warm home discount? I'm with utilita and apparently it's closed now but last year I was with SSE and I'm sure it didn't close this soon.

I'm assuming it will be closed now as I have received my payment which was the start of September

Different companies close at different times. I'm still waiting to hear back on mine.
