Cafcass guardian?

Has anyone had experience of this? From here it looks like I would have less say in how contact would look as the resident parent.

They are always appointed in private law (unless children’s services are involved) and in public law cases. They represent the voice of the child in the proceedings

Yes, in some cases but not all.

As in when ss go in to proceedings I mean. Realised how my post reads now
