Mediation

What happens if I just ignore the requests?

I am happy to talk to my ex and have been consistently doing so. He has decided to go to mediation because he doesn't like what I'm saying. All I am actually saying is what the children want.
I can't afford mediation- I don't qualify for legal aid but that doesn't actually mean I can afford the cost.
I'm not happy to pay to talk to him when that's all I've been trying to do anyway. This is a man who won't listen, ignores his children's requests, and most lately promised to call his daughter and here we are nearly 2 weeks later and no phone call has appeared.
I am also unhappy that he is able to give out my details to these people, so they have been able to contact me when the only details I have for him is a mobile number. I am not allowed his address as his girlfriend doesn't want me having it.

I think the thing is if you don't go he can then take you to court and it will be seen as unfavourable .. I did mediation and although it failed because he was unreasonable she did though make it focused .
