My ex is a bit of a ratbag. I'm in the process of a non-molestation order against him.
He has had the children overnight twice this past year, each time they slept at his girlfriend's house. He rents a room and says he is unable on his £70k salary to get anywhere bigger 
He is no longer with his ladyfriend and refuses to say where they will be staying in the future... none of my business!
I'm certain I signed something with the solicitor saying if the children are not staying in your home address, the co-parent needs to be informed. I always tell him about sleepovers and holidays. Something to do with 1989 children's act??
