Why is it all friends are settled and married now where am I going wrong!! Feeling realy down at the mo anyone out there like that too ???

All of my friends are happily married or due to get married and I am so far in the opposite direction it pisses me off.

It pisses me off too!! The awful thing about it tho is u feel like ur in the way when going to see ur friends again. I hate being a lone parent & no one looks twice now

I never go anywhere to manage to meet anyone new anyway and online dating never seems to work for me, blokes message me and I reply and then never hear from them again.

I always say, you never know what goes on behind close doors. Over the years friends who I have thought have the most solid and happy marriage have divorsed or their partners are cheating on them.
One of them, went through domestic violence that none of us would have imagined given the very rosy exterior.

It is hard having seprate friends for having children and being single. Everyone i know from my village and those around have a partner if they have children.

Nuclear families were a brief invention that didn;t work: loving your DCs is good no matter how many adults live in the same house. All thhe studies about single parenthood being worse are flawd, badly done or sheer bollocks from star t to finish. It's Ok not to be half a couple.
