Benefits - deductions

My ex claims job seekers allowance, despite working but thats another story. He has an automatic deduction in place due to no arrears with him not paying. Apparently something in his benefits has changed but not the amount so a new automatic deduction needs to be set up so i get no financial support again (not that £32 is support). Does anyone know what changes would have caused this?

Maybe change over to universal credit or sickness benefits?

I gather you got a letter from CMS? I got one too and it gave a list of reasons why this could be e.g. Gone to prison, is in a care home. When I spoke to them they said it was an error and a lot of people had got these letters. I'd ring them and see what they say.
