On hols with teens - doing ok?

Ok so, this year has been rocky with me and dd1 (now 14) she had an un-authorised/unsupervised party on her dad's watch at my house while I was away for the weekend. And things seemed to spiral from there. Things are better but life always feels fragmented when everything is split between two homes and also finding time for new RL with BF (no probs there, been 18 months and all low key - happy, but it takes up time doesn't it..)

So while we are away (me, dd1 and dd2, 12yrs who is sticking to dd1 like glue as she looks up to her) they are on screens but hanging out at the pool (campsite on the med, thought we all deserved a week in the sun) with me a bit and I am sort of doing my own thing too (reading, the odd walk, cycle etc).

My only rules are they do one thing constructive (play cards or board game with me) and wash up once a day. They are complying. All good. But I still feel like a crap parent...

Kids seem happy. dd1 relaxed and chatty.

Still feel under confident - I find parenting teens hard - am I doing ok?
