Hi have been separated and divorced for 3 years now. Ex NRP never paid correct maintenance. always missed payments, half payments. when he got the divorce papers in August 2016, he left his job and went onto zero income. Last month maintenance contacted me to say he has in fact been working since January 2017. I have received a letter from them with the new payment plan on it (havent received any money from him since August 2016). It states on there and under step 4, where they work out the payments, 2 children under direct pay (my daughters) and also now says 1 child under family based arrangement. I do not know but guess it means either he now has another child, (or always has done?) or he has moved in with someone else who has a child. There is no date that states when this started or was added to the case. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it means? Would it say family based arrangement if it was someone elses child?. (I know they take money off even if not their biological child and they just move in the house). Thank you for any help :) x
