I've recieved a letter from cafcass that ex is applying for access to dd6. he has a history of class a drug abuse and I understand that he has a right to see his dd. knowing that he will more than likely be allowed supervised contact, can anyone give me any information on how it works?

does the court choose which contact centre or would a parent choose?

who pays for the contact centre?

if he stops attending what happens then? how many times would he have to no show before I could stop taking dd there?

i'll also be asking the court to conduct drug testing, if he fails, what happens?

any advice is really appreciated

I don't think you pay for a contact centre. I'm sure I didn't.

Ours wasn't court ordered and the staff said there was no point in me going back when xp didn't turn up the second time.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Hope someone else with more experience comes along shortly. Flowers

thank you for your reply. I'd read in a thread somewhere that the parents had to split the cost of the contact centre so that's why I thought that. he's never been consistant with contact and now dd is getting older I just worry how it will effect dd if and when he does start failing to show up for them.
