CMS and ex's payrise

Hi there I wondered if anyone can help me. I've just had my annual review through and found out that my ex has had an over 25% payrise and hasn't told them!!

The letter doesn't mention anything about caculating back pay, is there any come back for him not informing them? The CMS website says that he should have told them, but it doesn't say what happens if you don't??

I would certainly ask but they tend to be so useless I doubt they will do anything.

do you know when he had the pay rise?could it have been this year? Nothing happens and it won't get back paid!

Ring them tomorrow I find it pointless to ring on the weekend.
