Hey guys. I'm wondering if anyone else is in my position and if they could please help me answer some questions. I am looking into setting up a Child Maintenance agreement with my sons Dad. He lives in China (I'm in UK and British. He's Asian). Has anyone done this with a non EU country? How did you transfer the money? Do you have to pay Tax on the money when you receive it or declare it in any way? Does child maintenance effect working Tax credit?
