Help please! My sons father is refusing to give me my baby back because I have a fractured wrist, despite me making arrangements for us to go and stay with HIS mum! Please someone tell me what I can do!? I don't have the money for a solicitor 😭💔

You need legal advice though you can get 30 minutes free. Also you can ask the police to do a welfare check though they don't return the child if they are not at risk

Why can't you look after a baby with a fractured wrist, is it in a caste just to elbow, perfectly doable. Is he using this as an excuse for other reasons.
