I sent of for working & child tax credits. I know that can take six weeks to process but do they pay from the date on the application or from when they finally process it? TIA

Also, I fell pregnant just before H and I split....can't see how I can work after mat leave finishes....so I'll loose working tax credits. Will I be untitled to other help when that happened?
