Have decided that I should not see my children for any length of time on Christmas Day! Apparently my son (10) said he loved it as it was, my daughter was not asked (5). We currently have half day each for Christmas and Boxing Day. How can Cafcass recommend this? They have also recommended the children stay overnight with dad one school night and one weekend but he lives in a 3 bed house with four adults (and then would be two children). I have failed my children and probably lost my son forever as he says Cafcass made him say things he didn't want to. Now I am going to Court alone and he has barrister! Life is pretty much over.
