I don't know what to do . I'm only 23 and have three kids under 6 . I have ME so my husband has always done a lot around the house and things like morning school run and sometimes afternoon . He's just told me tonight he's leaving me for his colleagues fiance . He's gone and isn't answering my calls or texts . I have no family or friends I don't have a job or qualifications I don't know how I'm going to manage now . I feel really pathetic

Ok do you own or are you renting?

Your ex will have to pay child support and possibly spousal maintenance. You will be entitled to other benefits.
Can you arrange to speak to CAB in the morning. They can help you with this.

Also contact the school. They can help your kids better if they are aware of what is going on. If one of your kids was in my class I would be happy to help you out with the school run. You may find other parents who can help.

Look after yourself. Drink. Soup is good. Try to rest.

Don't try to contact your ex other than to arrange contact with the children at this stage, he sounds like a dick
