Fed up with Ex !

Hi

Need a rant , fed up with Ex having no bloody consideration for me. Doesn't let me know if he can't pay maintenance and has a habit of leaving me waiting for them to get back for me to collect DS. Today it was 30 mins late with no contact to let me know! I couldn't care less if they're running late, and I'm not a monster so if he can't afford to pay one week I'd understand, but I get so fed up with feeling like he doesn't consider me at all?!!! Gah!!!!

Totally understand where your coming from there.
It would be nice and less frustrating to communicate, but unfortunately some can't especially if they know it annoys you.
Keep strong and maybe run abit late yourself for pick ups

To be fair its not ok to not pay one week. You DC needs support 52 weeks a year not when he can afford it he needs to budget. I Would tell him he can't just miss a week and then go through the CMS.

Was he abusive because it sounds like another form of control.

How late is he usually? I would go out one day when he is considerably late..tell him you assumed he wasn't coming. Although this is assuming you have had the conversation let me know if your running late.

I don't think he was abusive but even when we were together he didn't ever prioritise DS or I.

When I say him being late I unfortunately mean he'll leave me waiting outside his house for me to take DS back! I wouldn't mind if he was running late and we were in the comfort of our own house.

He just doesn't give a monkeys, I just wish he could have the courtesy to get in contact!
