What should I do?

Single parent, 1 year old and a newborn, need to paint and wallpaper a room today as carpet being fitted Tuesday morning. No family available to watch them... Can't afford to pay somebody to decorate for me. Give me "how to entertain your kids whilst you do other stuff" advice ?! Usually let 1 year old follow me around the house and wear baby on me when I do my cleaning and whatnot, can't do that with paint fumes and climbing ladders. I'm determined to make this happen somehow !

I Moved into the house when my DS was 18 months old.. To be honest I had to wait till he was asleep to get anything done. I hope you have managed to achieve something today.

Early bedtime for them and late one for you.

I remember trying to paint my dd x 2 bedroom on my own. .
Baby crawled through the paint tray. .
Would recommend it with both awake!!
