Mediation

Hi guys.

Can anyone help me? I just want to know what I can expect from mediation, what's involved etc, there's not a lot of info on the internet!

I did mediation but a few years ago.

I met with the mediator first. Met with my ex who was so unreasonable that I walked out.She followed and agreed mediation was not appropriate.

She was very focused though.Set an agenda and was very impartial.
