I have recently split up with my other half and we're looking at making arrangements for our sons care. I'm currently claiming benefits so I'm not sure how many nights a week he can stay out before it affects my entitlements. I would assume he can't stay out more than 3 nights as otherwise he would be classed as living with his Dad but I'm not sure if there are any set rules?
