DH and I are splitting up but its causing a dilemma. We have a 3 yo who is severely disabled and I can't cope with her alone. I can't lift her or deal with the night waking. Anyone ever been through this?

I'm a lone parent to my dd she's almost six and physically disabled. Tbh though I've pretty much been on my own from the start and havn't really known not having to do it all iykwim.
I think the very best thing you can do is create a really solid support system around you as much as you can.
I presume dh will want to have your dc for access? this on it's own will give you such an enormous break even if it's just a day.
Have you any family near by that can/will help you out?
If you havn't got any support you can fall back on, it might be worth speaking to ss, do you have a social worker? and seeing if there is any support they can provide you with.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.
